Job Summary:
The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Support organizational development initiatives and change management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Okay to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
