About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and manage digital marketing strategies across email marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, etc..
  • Leverage AI tools for content generation, campaign optimization, audience analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging and high-performing marketing assets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, measure success, and refine strategies.
  • Manage content calendars and campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI and digital marketing innovations.
  • Oversee ad budgets, track spend, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Support lead generation and conversion optimization initiatives across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and management.
  • Proven experience with multiple digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI, HubSpot AI features, etc.) for productivity and strategic insights.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to test, analyze, and iterate campaigns for optimal result
