Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled n8n Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with deep expertise in using n8n to design, build, and maintain robust automation workflows. This is a critical role for our operational efficiency, as you'll be responsible for automating various business processes to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its specific data handling and compliance needs is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

· Design and Implement Workflows: Architect, develop, and deploy complex automation workflows using n8n.

· Integrate Systems: Connect and integrate various third-party applications and services (e.g., CRM, EHR, marketing tools, databases) using n8n's extensive library of nodes, custom HTTP requests, and webhooks.

· Maintain and Optimize: Monitor the performance of existing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize them for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

· Collaborate: Work closely with operations, marketing, and other teams to understand their needs and identify new opportunities for automation, particularly within the healthcare context.

· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all workflows, including logic, data flow, and dependencies.

· Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest n8n features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our automation solutions are modern and effective.

Qualifications:

· Extensive experience with n8n: A proven track record of building and managing complex n8n workflows.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and data manipulation.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify automation opportunities and overcome technical challenges.

· Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring workflows are accurate and reliable.

· Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript: Proficiency in scripting, as a significant number of n8n automations will involve custom code.

· Healthcare Experience: Experience working within the healthcare industry and a solid understanding of data security and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is highly preferred.

· Nice to have: Experience with other automation platforms like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or custom scripting would be a plus.
