Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity across systems and trackers.
  • Produce clear, actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and partner platforms.

Tracker & System Oversight

  • Maintain up‑to‑date trackers for appointments, attendance, and program activities.
  • Support chart reviews, documentation audits, and medical record processing.

Recurring Reports

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on missed appointments, QA activities, IOP performance, training completion, payer-specific submissions (e.g., CareSource), and chart audit summaries.

Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Develop emerging and county‑requested reports, including entrance/exit metrics, reporting error corrections, case management performance, service linkage monitoring, and program report cards.

Medical Records Management

  • Conduct comprehensive medical record reviews and audits.
  • Retrieve records from EMRs, payer portals, and hospitals following HIPAA standards.
  • Process ROI requests and ensure accurate indexing and filing.
  • Track turnaround times, documentation gaps, and audit findings.

Professional Skills & Collaboration

  • Communicate insights clearly through reports, presentations, and meetings.
  • Support strategic decision‑making with accurate, timely information.
  • Work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
