Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment operations of the company while also actively participating in sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates. This role is key in ensuring that recruitment targets are met on time and in line with company standards. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented leader who can balance team management with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets across various departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for high-volume and specialized roles.
- Coordinate closely with department heads and clients to understand hiring needs and forecast demands.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, labor laws, and client requirements.
- Train and mentor recruiters to improve sourcing techniques and candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review.
- Personally handle requisitions when necessary, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment caravans, and branding initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, ideally within the BPO industry.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and employer branding strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on recruiter willing to handle key requisitions directly.
- Experience with various sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
