Customer Service Representatives (Pharmacy Account)

Job Summary:

Were seeking a confident and results-driven Customer Service Representatives to join our onsite team in Eastwood, Quezon City. In this role, youll be reaching out to patients, to promote our pharmacy services. Your goal will be to build strong professional relationships, secure prescription referrals, and position our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare ally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote pharmacy services
  
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our pharmacy, including fast prescription processing, free delivery, and access to specialty medications
  
• Handle objections with professionalism and foster rapport with prospects
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update lead statuses in the tracking system
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Qualifications:

• We welcome college undergraduates to apply, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills and have prior experience in the healthcare industry.
  
• Basic understanding of medications and prescriptions.
  
• Prior experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
  
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City (no remote work options)
  
• Ready to start immediately
