Job Summary:

Supports the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management functions of the organization

Ensures the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best possible value while maintaining compliance with company policies and supplier agreements

Essential Functions:

Purchasing and Sourcing

· Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing and delivery timelines

· Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining competitive quotes and proposals

· Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing and terms with vendors

Vendor Management

· Maintain and update the supplier database and vendor records

· Track vendor performance and escalate issues, as needed

· Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers

Inventory and Logistics Coordination

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed

· Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies or delays

· Coordinate with admin and operations teams

Administrative and Compliance

· Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

· Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations

· Prepare reports on spend, savings, and supplier performance 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with contract management or vendor negotiations

Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain (both USA and Philippines setting)

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Work Onsite in Eastwood
