Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, English-fluent Business Developer who specializes in outbound B2B
marketing and appointment setting for digital services. In this role, you will proactively engage decision
makers within the home services industry—including plumbing, HVAC, solar, electrical, and similar
verticals—to generate qualified leads and book high-value sales appointments for our Sales Director.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a strong grasp of digital marketing solutions such
as Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), SEO, and website development. You should be confident in pitching
value, understanding client pain points, and effectively presenting how our services can help business
owners grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, SMS, email, and CRM-based dialing systems (e.g.,
Convoso, ReadyMode).
- Identify, contact, and engage business owners and key decision-makers.
- Deliver a clear, compelling pitch for the following digital marketing services:
- Google Ads Management
- Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Website Design & Optimization
- Qualify leads based on budget, business needs, and readiness to buy.
- Handle objections confidently and nurture interest in our solutions.
- Set and confirm high-quality appointments for the Sales Director.
- Maintain accurate call notes, lead statuses, and activity logs in the CRM.
- Execute follow-up sequences through multi-touch campaigns (calls, SMS, email).
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including calls, contacts, and appointments set.
Requirements
Fluent in English with a neutral or non-detectable accent.
Proven experience in:
o Outbound calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales; or
o Digital marketing sales (strong preference).
Solid understanding of:
o Google Ads
o Local Services Ads (LSA)
o Website design fundamentals and conversion-focused principles
Ability to clearly articulate value, ROI, and marketing outcomes.
Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM platforms, dialers, and spreadsheets.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, solar, electrical, etc.).
Familiarity with:
o Convoso
o ReadyMode
o GoHighLevel
Understanding of key lead generation metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
