Job Summary:

The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions. This role involves keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, performance tracking, and collaboration with content, web development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

        • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
        • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
        • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines
        • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking
        • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals)
        • Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
        • Work with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation
        • Optimize existing content to improve rankings and user engagement
        • Identify content gaps based on keyword and SERP analysis
        • Plan and execute ethical link-building and outreach strategies
        • Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links if needed
        • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
        • Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI
        • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights
        • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends
        • Recommend improvements based on changes in search behavior and best practices

        Qualifications:

        • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
        • Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing
        • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
        • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
        • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
        • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

        Preferred Skills:

        • Experience with eCommerce SEO or local SEO
        • Understanding of CRO, UX, and content marketing
        • Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams
