Policy Details
1. Referral Bonus:
• Employees will receive a monetary reward for each successful referral.
• Higher rewards are available for hard-to-fill positions, including:
o PHP 20,000 for Security Analyst, Senior Accountant, and Executive Assistant roles. (Subject to change)
• Standard referral bonuses:
o PHP 5,000 for entry-level positions (e.g., CSR, PAA, Data Entry).
o PHP 10,000 for mid-level positions (e.g., Admin IT, AP, Multimedia Artist, etc.).
• Half of referral bonuses will be disbursed upon the referred candidate’s completion of three months of employment. The remaining referral bonus will be given upon completion of the probationary period (6 months).
2. Eligibility:
• Who Can Refer:
o All employees, except senior management, recruiters, and hiring managers for the roles they are
responsible for filling.
o Hiring managers may refer candidates for positions in other departments.
• Who Can Be Referred:
o Candidates who have not applied to the company within the last six months.
o Candidates who are hired as permanent employees.
o Important Restriction: Relatives or individuals with personal relationships (e.g., family members, romantic partners) of current employees are not eligible to be referred to the same department where the referring employee is currently assigned. This is to maintain fairness, avoid conflicts of interest, and uphold professional boundaries within teams.
• Conditions for Receiving Rewards:
o The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete the probationary period.
o If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the reward will be given to the first referrer.
o Referrers are eligible for the bonus even if the candidate is hired later or for a different role.
3. Referral Process:
• Submitting a Referral:
o Employees should submit the candidate’s resume or complete a referral form:

o Notify the HR Department via email at recruitment@cfstaffingsolutions.com after submitting a referral.
• Initial Screening:
o HR will verify that the candidate has not applied in the last 6 months.
o The candidate must be considered for a permanent position.
• Interview and Hiring:
o Referred candidates who pass the initial screening will proceed through the company’s standard interview process.
o If selected, the candidate must complete the probationary period before the referral reward is
issued.
• Reward Distribution:
o Referral bonuses will be paid within one month after the referred candidate completes the probationary period.
• Tracking and Communication:
o The HR department will track all referrals and keep employees informed of their referral status.
4. Conditions for Rewards:
• If multiple employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the bonus.
• Employees remain eligible for rewards even if the referred candidate is hired for a different role (2 months ownership of referred candidate).
5. Program Administration:
• HR will oversee the tracking of referrals and the issuance of bonuses.
• This policy complies with company regulations and employment laws.
Referring Multiple Candidates
• Employees may refer to multiple candidates at a time. Each referral must be submitted separately via referral form. Each referral will be processed individually, and employees will receive a referral bonus for each successful hire.
