Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our BPO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates for various accounts, including voice, non-voice, and support roles. This role demands strong coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen understanding of the BPO hiring landscape in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates
  • Partner with Operations and Workforce teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Use job portals, social media, databases, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
  • Conduct initial assessments and behavioral interviews, and ensure candidates meet client and account-specific requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final assessments
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate recruitment records
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure hiring targets are met within the given timelines and quality standards
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics as needed
  • Stay up to date with BPO hiring trends, market salary benchmarks, and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Familiarity with high-volume hiring and fast-paced recruitment operations
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and assessment skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, or ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
