Job Summary

The HR Director is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with labor regulations. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, and the development of policies to support a high-performance culture in a fast-paced BPO environment. The HR Director will collaborate with leadership to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction while managing HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive employee performance and company growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Learning & Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth opportunities.
  • Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure adherence to all local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
  • HR Operations & Process Improvement: Optimize HR workflows, implement HRIS solutions, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Culture & Engagement: Lead employee engagement programs, promote company values, and enhance workplace culture to reduce attrition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a BPO setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in handling large-scale recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability
