Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with hardware and software configurations, and the ability to provide remote support for various IT systems. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to work onsite during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

        • Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance.
        • Provide remote support for desktops, servers, printers, and connected devices.
        • Troubleshoot issues related to shared resources, hardware, and software configurations.
        • Manage OS updates, software/firmware patches, and perform installations.
        • Identify and escalate major incidents following IT escalation protocols.
        • Document all actions using the support ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and routing.
        • Administer network tasks, user permissions, and Active Directory changes.
        • Follow up with clients to verify resolution satisfaction.
          Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, checklists, and FAQs.
        • Show openness to mastering industry-specific and proprietary management systems.

        Required Skills:

        • Proficiency in Windows desktop and server operating systems.
        • Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
        • Experience supporting TCP/IP, cabling, IP phones, workstation and printer connectivity, and Active Directory administration.
        • Preferably knowledgeable in hospitality platforms like Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Revenue Management, key card systems, Building Management, HotSOS, Saflok, InnComm, etc. 
        • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to user inquiries
          and issues.

        Qualifications:

        • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
        • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Admin role.
        • Proficiency in Windows desktop and server operating systems.
        • Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
        • Willingness to work onsite.
        • Availability for night shift assignments
