Position Summary

Our client is seeking an accomplished IT Services Sales Person to drive revenue growth through direct sales in the US market and have a chance to grow responsiblities into sales leadership. This is a hands-on sales role ideal for a sales executive who thrives on both individual contribution and team development. You will be instrumental in developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and closing enterprise-level deals while mentoring and managing the global sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales (US Focus)

  • Own and grow a personal book of business through direct selling activities in the United States.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level client opportunities within target verticals.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and solution-based sales approaches for supply chain services and technology consulting.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including enterprise sales in supply chain, logistics, or related technology consulting sectors.
  • Experience managing or leading a sales team. (Preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets through both personal selling and team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations, enterprise technology, and the decision-making dynamics of complex B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
