Do you have a passion for helping people overcome pain and regain their active lifestyles? We're seeking a highly skilled Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
In this role, you'll be a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional orthopedic care across the Coast. You'll collaborate with renowned orthopedic specialists to develop personalized pain management plans, empowering patients to return to their activities.
Here's what you'll do:
- Become an integral part of our team: Work alongside leading orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients suffering from pain.
- Make a difference in patients' lives: Develop individualized care plans that address pain, improve mobility, and restore functionality.
- Be a trusted source of information: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records: Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure clear communication and compliance with regulations.
Required Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with specialization in orthopedics (e.g., Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner Certification) or certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) with orthopedic experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs

- Various offices along the Mississippi Gulf Coast
