We are seeking a highly capable Social Media Manager to design, execute, and continuously optimise a sophisticated social media strategy across a group of financial services and investment-related businesses.
This is not a traditional content scheduling role.
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, intelligence, brand, and commercial impact, with direct visibility at senior leadership level.
Mission
To devise, drive, measure, and constantly refine a comprehensive social media strategy across all organic channels, with the objective of significantly expanding reach, engagement, and credibility among investors, clients, and strategic partners.
Success in this role means creating measurable, high-value digital engagement that materially contributes to audience growth and brand authority.
Key Outcomes
Board-Level Social Media Intelligence
- Implement social listening and monitoring frameworks
- Deliver monthly performance dashboards (reach, engagement, sentiment, competitive landscape)
- Produce insight-driven recommendations for leadership
High-Quality Content & Brand Consistency
- Maintain a disciplined publishing cadence across platforms
- Ensure accuracy, tone, and brand integrity
- Deliver consistently, at pace
Organic Engagement & Performance Growth
- Drive meaningful improvements in engagement and interaction
- Monitor sentiment and audience behaviour

Audience & Community Growth
- Expand reach and follower base across LinkedIn and other channels
