Senior Affiliate Manager
About the job Senior Affiliate Manager
For our client, a leading GameTech company focused on all aspects of the iGaming industry, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager.
Main tasks include building and maintaining relationships, bringing in new partners, keeping tracking and reporting tight, and ensuring deals pay off (FTDs, NGR, ROI).
This is a hands-on, on-site role.
Your requirements
- 4+ years in affiliate management in the iGaming industry
- Deep understanding of iGaming traffic, GEO´s, and how to increase players value
- Existing network of affiliates, media buyers, and performance agencies
- Experience with affiliate platforms/tools (e.g., ReferOn, CellXpert, Affilka,or similar)
- Experience with Monday.com and simple BI is beneficial
- Familiarity with running A/B tests on landers/creatives is beneficial
- Negotiation chops: comfortable setting CPAs/RevShare hybrids and approving custom deals
- Budgeting & forecasting: build ROI forecasts, pace spend, and hit agreed targets
- Confidence in reporting to stakeholders
- Excellent English language knowledge (verbal and written)
- Willing to work some weekends when campaigns or launches require it
