Our customer Peanuds is shaking up the banking industry with a fresh, modular approach, allowing you to manage multiple bank accounts and financial services seamlessly through a single login. The platform, offers a powerful corporate banking solution with features like multi-Currency support, SEPA transfers, Card Management, and advanced Analytical Tools.

Looking ahead, Peanuds plans to extend these innovative services to retail customers and explore the integration of digital assets later this year.

Responsibilities:

Hunt & qualify:

  • Map the Cypriot market, segment high-potential introducers, and build a priority list
  • Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, occasional cold calls)

Close the deal:

  • Run discovery and product demos, handle objections, negotiate terms, and sign partnership agreements
  • Keep HubSpot and forecasts always up to date

Grow the relationship:

  • Meet partners for coffees, lunches, and events (mainly Larnaca, Nicosia, Limassol; company car provided)
  • Hold regular check-ins, share feature updates, and uncover upsell or referral opportunities

Represent the brand:

  • Attend conferences and networking evenings
  • Feed market insights back to product and marketing so we can iterate fast

Required experience:

  • 4+ years in B2B sales or partnerships ideally Fintech, Forex or professional services
  • Proven track record of meeting or beating revenue targets
  • Native- or fluent English skills
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience; forecast accuracy matters
  • Drivers licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus
  • Self-organisation, bias for action, and comfort with low bureaucracy
