Telegram Account Manager

For our client, a leading digital Media company, we are hiring a Telegram Account Manager for a permanent full-time position for the office in Limassol (on-site).

The company offers tailored software products and strategic digital marketing solutions for businesses in the iGaming industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Telegram Community Management
• Content Creation & Strategy for the Telegram audience (such as promotions, updates, contests, and news)
• Promotion & Growth
• Implement strategies to grow the Telegram group
• Coordinate cross-promotions with video content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners to drive traffic and engagement
• Monitor and analyze group activity metrics (e.g., engagement rate, user growth, churn) to evaluate performance
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of campaigns
• Ensure all content and activities align with responsible gambling practices and applicable regulations
• Monitor community behavior to prevent the sharing of inappropriate or non-compliant material

Your Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the iGaming sector and video content culture
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience in a friendly yet professional tone
• Familiarity with Telegrams features, bots, and management tools
• Proven experience in managing online communities
• Ability to analyze community data and implement strategies to optimize performance
• Experience using Discord for community management or collaboration
