Our client is an international US law firm. They are looking for a Paralegal in the Corporate Finance area. Focusing in PRC corporate finance-related transactions including IPOs, M&A, etc.
Candidates should have native Mandarin and excellent written English. At least 3 years of experience in conducting legal research, proofreading, and verification work gained in a reputable law firm, Candidates should also obtain (LLM) degree.
