Now Hiring: Licensed Civil Engineering Site Manager (Full-time)

Must have Japanese Civil Engineering License (1st or 2nd grade)

Job Description:

• Oversee site-wide quality, cost, safety, and progress
• Ensure safety protocols and conduct on-site inspections
• Supervise and train workers, including onboarding new staff
• Communicate with stakeholders and solve on-site issues

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

• Average overtime: 20 hours/month

Location:

• Project sites from Fukushima to Tokyo

Requirements:

• JLPT N3 or higher
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (international graduates welcome)
• Driver's license (AT OK)
• Civil Engineering License (1st or 2nd class required)
• Preferred: 5+ years construction site management experience

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ¥350,000 ~ ¥450,000
• Bonus (Twice /year): Amount= 25 months of salary (Depend on previous record)
• Annual income estimate: ¥5.8M~ ¥ 7.5M
