Now Hiring: Civil Engineering Site Supervisor

Job Description:

• Monitor construction progress and prepare reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage materials
• Assist in on-site safety checks and patrols
• Support various site operations

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Average 20 hours/month overtime

Work Location:

• Project sites between Fukushima and Tokyo

Requirements:

• Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or above
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (overseas graduates welcome)

Valid driver's license (AT allowed)

• Preferred: Construction experience or civil engineering license

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ¥230,000 ~ ¥300,000/month
• Bonus (Twice /year): Amont= 25 months of salary (Depend on previous record)
• Annual income example: ¥3.8M ~ ¥5M
