Workplace -Osaka

Salary (including annual income)-

Job description - Meeting with craftsmen, process management and safety management, ensuring that construction is proceeding according to established specifications/designs, quality control by recording with photographs etc., chairing the daily morning assembly, etc. Projects: 60-70% are residences/rental apartments/welfare facilities/commercial facilities etc. 20% are factories/warehouses, size of 200-400 million yen. We always assign at least two site supervisors for projects of this scale.

Required condition - Construction management experience
