Job Description

We are looking for a Route Sales Representative to visit existing clients, take orders, and deliver processed food products.
You will be responsible for managing deliveries and maintaining positive relationships with clients at multiple factory locations.

• Visit existing customers on assigned routes

• Take and manage orders

• Deliver processed food products

No cold calling or new business development required.

Salary

¥180,000 ¥250,000 per month
Based on experience, skills, and interview results

Required condition

・People who can communicate in Japanese (no problem for work)
・New graduates are also OK
・JLPTN1~N3 level

Probationary period may apply

Requirements

• Must reside in Japan

• Valid Japanese drivers license (AT-only license is acceptable)

• No prior experience required full training will be provided

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

Work Location

Example: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama
(Please specify actual work location if needed)

Working Hours

8:30 AM 5:45 PM (actual working hours: 8 hours, break: 45 minutes)

Overtime

• Average monthly overtime: approx. 30 hours

• Special 36 Agreement clause applies

  • During busy periods (April 1 to March 31), up to 80 hours/month, 720 hours/year, max 6 times/year

Holidays and Days Off

• 5-day work week

• 2 days off per week (basically Saturdays and Sundays)

• National holidays (may be required to work on Saturdays if a holiday falls during the week)

• Paid leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment

• Company calendar applies

• Annual days off: 120+ days
