Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operational activities, including scheduling, onboarding, and team coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflows and supporting our remote teams success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Lead the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all administrative and training steps are completed efficiently.
Assign peer mentors and track onboarding progress, providing support and feedback.
Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions, scheduling conflicts, and day-to-day team issues.
Monitor team performance and adherence to processes; escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive remote team culture.
Track key operational metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations, team supervision, or coordinationpreferably in a startup, BPO, or remote work environment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Comfortable working with digital tools such as scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing, remote environment.
Experience working with digital content creators or online community teams is a plus but not required.
