Chefra Solutions Lead Gen/Sales Support
Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a Lead Generation / Sales Support role at Chefra Solutions as we continue to grow our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be part of our first dedicated sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads and target companies
- Conduct outreach through email campaigns and other channels
- Support sales efforts by qualifying and nurturing leads
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn for prospecting (experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong asset, but not required as training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in lead generation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Basic familiarity with AI tools is considered an asset
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within a company

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
