Chefra Solutions Lead Gen/Sales Support

 Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Lead Generation / Sales Support role at Chefra Solutions as we continue to grow our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be part of our first dedicated sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads and target companies
  • Conduct outreach through email campaigns and other channels
  • Support sales efforts by qualifying and nurturing leads
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn for prospecting (experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong asset, but not required as training will be provided)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in lead generation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools is considered an asset
  • Motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within a company
