Were partnering with a rapidly expanding RevOps consulting agency that specializes in guiding early-stage B2B SaaS companies through the scaling process, from $1M to $20M+ in revenue. The agency delivers both strategic consulting and hands-on implementation to optimize clients Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes for success.
Job Summary
As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping B2B SaaS clients improve their sales efficiency and growth strategies. Youll configure HubSpot to serve as the central platform for managing outbound and inbound GTM processes, create meaningful dashboards to track business performance, and provide strategic guidance to help clients scale effectively.
Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting
- Analyze clients GTM strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales efficiency and growth
- Help clients understand their performance across different channels and identify underperforming areas
CRM Implementation & Optimization
- Configure and customize HubSpot to meet clients specific needs
- Set up workflows, custom properties, pipelines, and automations
- Create reports and dashboards that display relevant business metrics for decision-making
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools in clients tech stacks
Project Management
- Scope client projects, develop plans, and outline deliverables
- Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, effectively switching context between different business models and needs
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results
Research & Lead Generation
- Use tools like Clay to identify target companies based on client criteria
- Conduct market research to support clients GTM strategies
- Help clients find and qualify potential customers that match their ideal customer profile
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years of hands-on CRM consulting or implementation experience, preferably with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong B2B experience is essential-candidates must understand business fundamentals and metrics
- Previous agency experience working with multiple clients and business models
- Background in either sales or marketing with understanding of how these functions collaborate
- Experience with CRM configuration, customization, automation, and dashboard creation
- Ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with enterprise-level CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce experience transferable)
- Experience integrating CRM with other sales and marketing tools
- Ability to create and optimize workflows, automations, and reporting
- Familiarity with lead generation and research tools (Clay is a plus)
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
Strategic Knowledge
- Understanding of SaaS business metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
- Knowledge of sales efficiency and growth strategies for B2B SaaS companies
- Experience optimizing sales processes and improving conversion rates

- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Strong problem-solving approach and analytical thinking
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different business styles
- Capacity to manage multiple clients and context-switch effectively

- Brings practical understanding of the SaaS business environment, industry challenges, and client expectations
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with advanced HubSpot features, including custom-coded actions or operations hubs
- Basic API coding experience
- Experience with additional sales and marketing tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Entrepreneurial experience or hands-on business projects
