As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business forward. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new leads and business opportunities through active cold calling and outreach. This role offers a full sales experience, including account management, new business development, cold calling, and active collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct cold calls daily to generate and qualify new leads
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively seek out and engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions to generate new business
  • Participate in team sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies to support overall team success

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Proficiency in CRM software
