We are looking for a commercially driven Junior Buyer with expertise in multi-category, multi gender to join the Off Price division at Renfold Brands. This side of our business covers brands such as Urban Threads, Sugar dust and Brooklyn supply company to name a few. This role covers our non clothing areas including soft accessories and home but someone with clothing experience would be advantageous.

This is a fast-paced, multi-category role focused on driving margin, maximising opportunities and delivering commercially successful ranges across global markets.

You will work closely with global factories and cross-functional teams, owning the product lifecycle end-to-end in partnership with your Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Buying & Product Development

  • Own and develop product across multiple categories, identifying commercial opportunities to drive margin, sell-through and stock turn within the off-price model.
  • Source and negotiate directly with global suppliers, securing the best cost prices and maximising margin opportunities
  • Identify and execute opportunistic buys and new sourcing avenues
  • Collaborate with Design to deliver commercially relevant ranges aligned to brand DNA while maintaining off-price price points
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, continuously reviewing performance and capability

Commercial & Strategy

  • Set and manage pricing architecture in line with market conditions, competitor activity and margin targets
  • Drive category strategy from concept through to delivery, reacting quickly to trading performance and customer demand
  • Manage capacity planning, ensuring efficient use of production and minimising risk

Delivery & Execution

  • Own the critical path across your categories, ensuring key milestones are met for on-time delivery
  • Lead and execute all approvals, fits and product sign-off processes
  • Manage and develop your team to deliver against KPIs and business objectives

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in multi-category buying
  • Strong track record of delivering commercially successful ranges and driving margin
  • Experience working with global supply bases and negotiating at scale
  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to react quickly to trading conditions
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven success of working with internal stakeholders
