Role Overview
As Senior Brand Designer at Chelsea Peers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction and output of our brand. Leading the creative design process, you will create and oversee engaging content across graphics, video, print, and digital media.
In this multifaceted role, youll take ownership of video and motion content, manage creative workflows, and ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all channels. Youll mentor a Junior Designer, provide oversight of image retouching (stepping in during busy periods), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets. Whether youre designing digital campaigns, editing social ads or developing press event collateral, your work will directly influence the brands performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Content Design: Develop and oversee creative content across website, e-mail marketing, paid social advertising, organic social stories, print, and OOH.
- Video & Motion Content: Edit and produce engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, and paid campaigns, with a strong focus on storytelling and brand consistency.
- Retouching Oversight: Ensure high standards of image retouching (colour correction, background clean-up, texture enhancement) by our Junior Designer and Retoucher, providing guidance and stepping in hands-on during peak workloads.
- Brand Consistency & Guidelines: Own and maintain the brands design guidelines, ensuring output from Design team accurately reflects the brands visual identity.
- Workflow Management: Establish and manage efficient design workflows within the Design team, optimising processes from briefing through to final delivery.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide creative direction and support to a Junior Designer and Retoucher, fostering skill development and growth.
- AI & Design Tools: Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output across video, graphics, and imagery.
Experience and Skills Required
- At least 5 years of experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, video editing, motion graphics and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
- Good ecom retouching skills with experience overseeing workflows and maintaining high standards.
- Excellent knowledge of brand identity and maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with AI design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
