Job Description

Provide support within a professional hotel kitchen environment, assisting culinary teams while developing foundational kitchen and food preparation skills.

Training placements may be aligned with internationally recognised hotel brands, including Marriott-affiliated properties, subject to eligibility and placement matching.

Duties may include:

  • Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation

  • Supporting daily kitchen operations

  • Observing culinary standards and safety procedures

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation

Requirements

  • Interest in culinary or hospitality operations
