Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Administrator to take full ownership of operations in a well-established, physician-led, elite OBGYN practice. This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for a proven operator who can independently run the business side of the practice, lead a team, and drive performance.

This Role is For Someone Who:

· Has successfully managed a medical practice and understands both operations and revenue

· Is confident making decisions and solving problems without constant direction

· Is comfortable holding staff accountable and maintaining high standards

· Is highly organized, systems-oriented, and technology-savvy

· Takes initiative and follows through

Key Responsibilities:

· Full oversight of day-to-day operations and staff management

· Ownership of revenue performance, including billing oversight, collections, and workflow optimization

· Optimization of scheduling, clinic flow, and patient experience

· Implementation of systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability

· Management of vendors, HR processes, and administrative functions

· Identification and resolution of operational and financial inefficiencies

Requirements

· Demonstrated leadership experience with accountability and team management

· Comfortable with EMR systems, reporting, and operational data (eClinicalWorks experience preferred but not required)

· Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented

Important

This role requires a high level of independence and accountability. The physician-owner is seeking a leader who can take ownership of operations—not someone who requires day-to-day direction.
