- Lead day-to-day on-site operations for high-end custom residential projects
- Manage schedules, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and design partners
- Enforce jobsite safety and best practices
- Utilize construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/Office, or similar) for scheduling, RFIs, documentation, and communication
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems to keep projects moving forward
- Mentor and set expectations for field teams and trade partners
What Were Looking For
- 5–7 years of Superintendent experience, ideally in high-end residential construction
- Strong understanding of luxury homebuilding standards and finish-level expectations
- Comfortable working with architects, designers, and discerning clients
- Tech-forward mindset with experience using construction management software
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communicator who takes pride in their work and leadership
Why This Role
- Competitive compensation with significant bonus upside tied to performance (historically averaging $30K–$50K annually)
- Exposure to architecturally significant, luxury projects
- Autonomy and trust in how you run your jobs
- A company that values craftsmanship, growth, and long-term relationships
