We are a boutique luxury construction firm building exceptional custom homes and high-end remodels in the Mercer Island and greater Seattle area. Our work is detail-driven, architecturally complex, and design-forward. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, communication, and building homes that stand apart.

This is an opportunity for a driven Superintendent who wants more than just running a job. You'll be trusted with significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to grow alongside a respected high-end builder.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead luxury residential projects from ground-up through final turnover. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong field leadership skills and a desire to build beautiful homes the right way.

You will serve as the primary on-site leader—coordinating trades, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, and representing the builder with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day on-site operations for high-end custom residential projects
  • Manage schedules, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and design partners
  • Enforce jobsite safety and best practices
  • Utilize construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/Office, or similar) for scheduling, RFIs, documentation, and communication
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems to keep projects moving forward
  • Mentor and set expectations for field teams and trade partners

What Were Looking For

  • 5–7 years of Superintendent experience, ideally in high-end residential construction
  • Strong understanding of luxury homebuilding standards and finish-level expectations
  • Comfortable working with architects, designers, and discerning clients
  • Tech-forward mindset with experience using construction management software
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communicator who takes pride in their work and leadership

Why This Role

  • Competitive compensation with significant bonus upside tied to performance (historically averaging $30K–$50K annually)
  • Exposure to architecturally significant, luxury projects
  • Autonomy and trust in how you run your jobs
  • A company that values craftsmanship, growth, and long-term relationships
