This is a high-profile leadership role within the organization, suited for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, values precision, and takes pride in delivering exceptional homes for discerning clients.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-end custom residential projects ranging from $1.5M to $15M+. This role carries significant responsibility and visibility, working closely with company ownership, design partners, and elite clientele.
You will oversee projects from preconstruction through final closeout, supported by an Assistant Project Manager and in close collaboration with field leadership. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong financial oversight, and the ability to confidently manage clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple luxury custom home projects simultaneously, ensuring excellence in execution
- Oversee project planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects, and consultants
- Manage procurement, cost controls, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and financial reporting
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution meets the highest quality standards
- Drive proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and contribute to team growth
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety requirements, and company standards
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project outcomes
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction
- Proven success managing complex, multi-million-dollar luxury homes
- Deep construction knowledge with the ability to anticipate and solve challenges
- Experience working directly with sophisticated clients and design professionals
- Strong financial acumen and comfort managing detailed project budgets
- Proficiency with project management platforms (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Polished, confident communicator with strong leadership presence
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-driven
