The Opportunity:
The team is seeking a Home Specialist to serve as an account manager and trusted steward of a portfolio of high-end homes. This role is a balance of client service, hands-on maintenance oversight, and proactive planning ideal for someone with construction or property management experience looking for a more relational, detail-focused position. This is not your average property management role. Its a proactive, high-integrity position suited for someone who thrives on trust, thrives in a team, and is ready to become indispensable to the families they support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular home inspections and track findings
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, storm prep, cleanings, and arrival services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act with discretion and professionalism
  • Oversee and schedule vendors and subcontractors for small-scale projects or repairs
  • Identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate
  • Accurately document time, mileage, work orders, and expenses daily
  • Ensure all client contractual obligations are met
  • Provide arrival preparation and concierge support for client visits
  • Follow company procedures and contribute positively to team culture

Youre a Great Fit If You:

  • 3+ years in construction, home inspection, or property management
  • Hands-on knowledge of how homes function and where issues can arise
  • Client-facing experience in a service-oriented setting
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in professional settings
  • Comfortable using Google Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and quick-thinking during unexpected issues
  • Reliable, honest, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys being part of a team and helping others
  • Valid drivers license required
