Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Location: Houston, TX 
Hourly Rate: $17-23/hr DOE

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established landscaping company with over 30 years of experience collectively. They specialize in large-scale landscaping, irrigation, and hardscape projects, providing exceptional value and quality service to their clients. 

As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you'll manage a team of 4-5 workers, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality results in landscaping, irrigation, and hardscaping. You'll lead by example, driving production and overseeing all aspects of the job from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of 4-5 in landscaping, irrigation, and hardscape projects
  • Ensure safety standards and quality are maintained
  • Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
  • Manage production and keep projects on track
  • Ability to lead a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) team
  • Perform hands-on tasks when needed and provide ongoing crew training

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Drivers License with a good driving record
  • Proven experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping
  • Leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be local to the Houston area

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, especially during the summer months
  • Expected to work 5-6 days a week, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
