Position Summary: This role oversees cabinet installation and service activities, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in millwork, carpentry, and production, works well in a team, and follows LEAN principles. Responsibilities include supervising crews, managing materials, addressing warranty issues, reviewing plans, assigning tasks, and resolving issues to meet quality standards and project goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret cabinet drawings/specs and lead crews through layout, installation, and service tasks.
-Apply LEAN manufacturing principles and woodworking methods to ensure efficient production.
-Lead and motivate teams while managing time and priorities under pressure.
-Operate tools and equipment safely and demonstrate correct techniques when needed.
-Monitor site safety, quality, and productivity of crew members and subcontractors.
-Lift and handle up to 75 lbs regularly; perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.
- Spend 80% of time in the field overseeing and supporting installation and service activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Full understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles. people for tasks.
-Thorough understanding of woodworking materials and methods.
-3+ years of supervisory experience and have a general understanding in the field.
-Expertise in analysis, critical decision-making, and process improvement
-Capable of managing the big picture while paying attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
