Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Location: Conroe, TX

Job Summary:
Were looking for a dependable Night Shift Operator to wash, inspect, and sort small machined automotive parts. Youll play a critical role in ensuring that all components are clean, properly categorized, and free from defects before moving to the next phase of production. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash machined metal parts using approved equipment and cleaning solutions

• Sort components by type, size, and production specifications

• Inspect each part for cleanliness, damage, or manufacturing defects

• Maintain a neat and organized workstation

• Accurately track and control batch numbers

• Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards

• Report any product defects or inconsistencies to supervisors

• Assist with packaging and labeling parts for shipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision

• Basic knowledge of quality control practices

• Excellent attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced industrial/manufacturing setting

• Exposure to cleaning solutions, machinery noise, and moving equipment
