Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and suppliers

• Manage and oversee multiple high-end custom home projects from start to finish.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes.

• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and code requirements.

• Contract and Change Order Management

• Utilize Buildertrend for project management and Stack CT for estimating.

• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.

• Lead final project closeouts and ensure all punch list items are addressed.

• Actively contribute to operational improvements and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in residential or light commercial construction project management.

• Proven track record managing custom home construction or complex renovation projects.

• Proficiency in construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).

• Experience with estimating tools such as Blue Beam and / or Stack CT.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of the Traverse City area and willingness to travel locally as needed.

• Interest in long-term growth and leadership development within the organization.
