About the Role:
Were hiring a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support a high-performing sales team, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused environment. This is ideal for someone entrepreneurial and hands-on, with strong leadership instincts and a desire to shape and scale a local operation from the ground up.

This is not a desk-only job. While the role involves leadership, training, process creation, and strategy its also about rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, jumping on a forklift if needed, and being the kind of leader who leads by doing. This is for someone whos not afraid of the ambiguity that comes with growth, who thrives in an environment where they can bring order to chaos, and who genuinely wants to make a difference.

What Youll Do:

· Lead and coach the local sales team

· Assign leads, support sales growth, and ensure accountability

· Own branch operations and SOP creation

· Oversee vendor and customer relationships

· Pitch in wherever needed from coaching reps to unloading brick

What Were Looking For:

· 10+ years in operations, sales, or business management

· Proven leadership in small business or branch settings

· Strong communication and follow-through

· Hands-on, no-ego attitude willing to do what it takes

· Industry experience helpful, but not required
