The Opportunity:
We're hiring a Project Manager to oversee high-end custom residential construction projects in the Charleston area. This hybrid role blends traditional field supervision with project management responsibilities. Youll be the primary point of contact on-siteowning the schedule, coordinating subcontractors, managing client relationships, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
This is a field-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, involved in the day-to-day, and ready to lead by example. While our ideal candidate has residential experience, we are open to candidates transitioning from commercial construction if they bring strong systems knowledge, organization, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, vendors, and partners
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction
- Manage budgets, change orders, schedules, purchase orders, and jobsite documentation
- Conduct regular site meetings and client updates
- Use project management software (BuilderTrend) to track job progress and communication
- Collaborate closely with internal leadership and field teams

- Have at least 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management
