We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced environment of active construction sites and knows how to lead with clarity, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial or multifamily ground-up construction, who enjoys managing teams, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring quality in every detail.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role where no two days look the same. From field coordination to subcontractor oversight, you'll be responsible for executing construction plans, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all moving parts stay aligned. You'll be expected to leverage platforms like Procore, Bluebeam, or Buildertrend to keep everything documented, tracked, and flowing.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites for commercial and multifamily projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is executed accurately and on time

  • Track progress against the schedule and adjust timelines as needed to keep everything on track

  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, material tracking, and documentation

  • Lead on-site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and consistently

  • Use construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Buildertrend) to manage workflows and maintain visibility across the project

  • Keep job sites organized, safe, and aligned with quality expectations

  • Translate meeting notes and daily reports into actionable next steps and follow-through

What You Bring:

  • 35+ years of experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, you can direct crews and interface with clients without missing a beat

  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or Buildertrend

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus

  • Skilled at handling change orders, documentation, and job site coordination

  • Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors, tracking deliverables, and solving problems in real-time

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do
