Job Opportunity: Project Manager Multifamily

Were looking for a Project Manager who sees construction as both a craft and a calling. Someone whos been in the trenches of multifamily ground-up work for 3+ years, who knows AutoCAD and Buildertrend inside and out, and who thrives in the art of getting things done from preconstruction to punch-out.

  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure jobsite excellence
  • Handle bid analysis, RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and punch lists
  • Lead preconstruction efforts and communicate with vendors and purchasing to ensure material accuracy and budget alignment
  • Track quantities, manage resources, and maintain momentum throughout all project phases
  • Maintain consistent, professional client communication and represent the firm with integrity
  • Use tools like AutoCAD and Buildertrend
  • Deliver consistent results on mixed-income and market-rate housing, and maintain high expectations regardless of scope

Qualifications

  • A hands-on problem solver who can lead with confidence and resolve issues proactively
  • 3+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction required
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Buildertrend
  • Deep familiarity with RFIs, submittals, draw processes, and vendor coordination
  • Able to interpret drawings, manage subcontractors, and guide the entire construction life cycle
  • Calm under pressure, organized, and committed to precision and performance
  • Comfortable managing both client-facing relationships and internal communication with field staff
  • Passionate about design, detail, and building something youre proud of

Compensation & Growth

  • $65,000$75,000 annual salary, depending on experience
  • Join a tight-knit, growing team that values creativity, autonomy, and craftsmanship
  • Real opportunity for long-term career development as the company scales strategically
  • Work directly with leadership in a firm where your ideas are heard and your work is remembered
