Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Katy, Texas

Salary Range: $120,000-150,000 Annually

Benefits: PTO, Health Benefits, 401K (after 1 year)

We are a growing, well-respected outpatient private practice located in Katy, Texas searching for a committed Family Nurse Practitioner who shares our vision in supporting our patients with quality care.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct comprehensive physical exams with emphasis on patient education

-Manage & guide care plans for chronic/acute conditions

-Order respective labs/imaging & interpret results

-Prescribe medication & monitor treatment effectiveness

-Collaborate with physician & staff to ensure quality care

-Transparent, concise & respectful communication with patients & colleagues

-Prompt detailed documentation completion

Qualifications

-Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas

-National Certification (AANP or ANCC)

-3+ years of experience in primary care or internal medicine

-Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills

-Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

-Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to long-term patient care
