About the Role

As Superintendent, you'll lead the execution of iconic, multi-million-dollar custom homes, working alongside elite professionals and collaborating across disciplines. This role demands steady focus, sharp decision-making, and the ability to maintain high morale under pressure.

What You'll Do

  • Manage ground-up construction of luxury homes 
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors and trades with precision
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Problem-solve under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
  • Utilize construction management tools such as BuilderTrend and Bluebeam

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in construction management, including successful completion of 5+ luxury homes 
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive in high-stress, deadline-driven environments
  • Passion for construction, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • A detail-oriented mindset with uncompromising standards of quality
