We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant / Brand Deal Manager to support a busy professional and social media influencer. This role involves administrative support, brand deal management, and content coordination across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Deals & Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain brand deal pitch decks using Canva.
- Research and engage with potential brand partners.
- Repost and manage content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Ensure podcast episodes and other media are distributed effectively.
- Assist with website updates and development as needed.
Inbox & Communication Management
- Sort through and manage a high volume of emails, responding and filtering out
- non-essential messages.
- Organize and categorize emails for efficient workflow.
- Coordinate communications with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, set appointments, and send reminders.
- Prepare daily schedules and provide timely updates.
- Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized & detail-oriented Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive & self-sufficient Takes initiative and anticipates needs.
- Strong communicator Comfortable managing emails and coordinating schedules.
- Tech-savvy Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Canva, and scheduling tools.
- Experience in social media content management and brand deal negotiations.
Experience:
- US or UK based remote work: 1 year (Required)
- Executive Assistant: 2 years (Required)
