We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant / Brand Deal Manager to support a busy professional and social media influencer. This role involves administrative support, brand deal management, and content coordination across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Deals & Social Media Management

  • Develop and maintain brand deal pitch decks using Canva.
  • Research and engage with potential brand partners.
  • Repost and manage content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Ensure podcast episodes and other media are distributed effectively.
  • Assist with website updates and development as needed.

Inbox & Communication Management

  • Sort through and manage a high volume of emails, responding and filtering out
  • non-essential messages.
  • Organize and categorize emails for efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate communications with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Scheduling & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, set appointments, and send reminders.
  • Prepare daily schedules and provide timely updates.
  • Arrange travel, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organized & detail-oriented Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive & self-sufficient Takes initiative and anticipates needs.
  • Strong communicator Comfortable managing emails and coordinating schedules.
  • Tech-savvy Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Canva, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience in social media content management and brand deal negotiations.

Experience:

  • US or UK based remote work: 1 year (Required)
