About the job Business Development Representative
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to lead our outbound outreach efforts and connect with entrepreneurs, business owners, and busy professionals, who are ready to delegate and grow. You’ll play a key role in building the pipeline, owning prospecting, and setting qualified meetings for our growth team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs) to generate qualified meetings with startup founders, solopreneurs, and busy professionals
- Research industry segments and prospect profiles to target high-value leads
Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for our growth team
Keep CRM systems up-to-date with activity, status, and contact info
Re-engage previous leads and nurture warm contacts
- Provide feedback on outreach performance to optimize messaging and approach
- Grow into a hybrid setter + closer role as part of our expanding sales team
What We’re Looking For:
- 35 years experience in outbound B2B sales, SDR/BDR roles, or appointment setting
Proven success selling to founders, entrepreneurs, or SME clients
Excellent communication skills - articulate, concise, and persuasive
- Proficient with CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
