Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a major US-based client with their high-volume recruitment efforts. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and scheduling qualified candidates for a wide range of positions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and confirm interview calendars for the assigned office.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all candidate communications, including emails, text messages, and voicemails.
- Conduct callback outreach to selected applicants and schedule follow-up interviews.
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day, aiming to book 40-60 interviews daily.
- Screen incoming resumes and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and confirm both initial and follow-up interviews.
- Follow up with candidates via phone and voicemail to maintain engagement.
- Update candidate statuses and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Keep detailed and organized records of all candidate interactions and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly and effectively screen applications.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls while maintaining a friendly, confident tone.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Prior experience in recruiting, call center, or inside sales is a plus.

- Availability to work U.S hours (PST)
- Salary: R14000 - R16000 p/month
