 Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a major US-based client with their high-volume recruitment efforts. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and scheduling qualified candidates for a wide range of positions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and confirm interview calendars for the assigned office.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all candidate communications, including emails, text messages, and voicemails.
  • Conduct callback outreach to selected applicants and schedule follow-up interviews.
  • Make 200+ outbound calls per day, aiming to book 40-60 interviews daily.
  • Screen incoming resumes and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and confirm both initial and follow-up interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates via phone and voicemail to maintain engagement.
  • Update candidate statuses and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all candidate interactions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively screen applications.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer navigation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls while maintaining a friendly, confident tone.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, call center, or inside sales is a plus.

  • A reliable backup internet solution is mandatory (e.g., mobile hotspot, secondary ISP) to ensure 100% uptime during work hours.
  • A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
  • A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace.

  • Availability to work U.S hours (PST)
  • Salary: R14000 - R16000 p/month
