Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS software to source and screen potential candidates

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume review, phone and in-person interviews, and reference checks

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

- Represent the company in a professional and polished manner when interacting with clients and candidates

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies

- Work independently and as part of a team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines

- Adhere to US working hours of 9am to 5pm PST and maintain a high level of productivity during this time

- Utilize technology and software to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

- College degree

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting or agency setting

- Based in South Africa, Egypt, LatAm, or Philippines

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Native English speaker with fluency in written and verbal communication

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software and tools
