Digital Marketing Coordinator

 Job Description:

Were looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Coordinator, to support a U.S-based B2B go-to-market strategy firm (primarily in SaaS and Tech). Youll be at the heart of their brand's online presence. You'll own end-to-end coordination of live digital experiences (think webinars, LinkedIn Lives, and on-demand sessions), while supporting their broader digital marketing initiatives - from graphics to scheduling to engagement.

This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution. Youll collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients, ensuring content not only looks great but also performs.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar & Streaming Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live events (e.g., LinkedIn Lives, webinars, panel discussions) using platforms like StreamYard
  • Manage event logistics: pre-event scheduling, tech run-throughs, speaker prep, and live moderation
  • Repurpose live content into high-value assets (snippets, recaps, social posts)

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaign strategies across LinkedIn and email
  • Assist in calendar planning, tracking progress, and managing deliverables in Asana
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to help iterate and improve

Visual Content & Graphics

  • Create simple yet eye-catching graphics (social posts, event promos, thumbnails) aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support in shaping the visual identity of campaigns and experiences

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on webinar/streaming coordination
  • Proficient in tools like Asana, StreamYard, and LinkedIn

  • Confident in creating graphics with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
  • Strong organizational and project management skills - you thrive on checklists and hitting deadlines
  • Excellent communication - you're comfortable speaking with clients, speakers, and internal stakeholders
  • A creative thinker who loves testing, learning, and iterating

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or agency environments

  • Comfortable on camera or moderating live events

  • Familiar with content repurposing strategies (e.g., video clipping, newsletter formatting, etc.)

Details:
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (U.S Hours)
  • Salary: R14000 - R16000
