About the job Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts for a U.S.-based leading provider of premium automotive protection solutions.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales expert with experience in high-ticket sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related sector. The Sales Professional will be responsible for managing sales through various communication channels, converting leads into loyal customers, and enhancing our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Conversion: Handle and nurture inbound leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and social media channels, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Outbound Sales & Follow-ups: Conduct outbound sales efforts, including following up with warm leads, past customers, and referrals to drive sales.
- Consultative Selling: Educate potential customers on premium automotive protection solutions, tailoring recommendations based on their needs and vehicle type.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge & Upselling: Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and service execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales (automotive industry preferred, but similar industries will be considered).
- Demonstrated ability to close sales in a virtual environment via phone, email, chat, or video calls.
- Strong understanding of automotive protection solutions or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email communication tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple sales inquiries simultaneously.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)
Salary: R14 000 - R16 000 (with potential for commission)
